Review of Fist Fight (2017) by Manda J — 26 Feb 2017
I've been a fan of both of these guys' brand of comedy, independently, Ice Cube's no nonsense responsible and sometimes angry observation of how silly everyone is like in Fridays and Charlie Day's awkward silly comedy, but meshing them together was so so so painful to watch.
Charlie Day pushes his character as the pathetic weak guy who tries to be likeable and Ice Cube as the no nonsense guy who mans up like in the streets (except the setting is in a school) and it gave me a headache to watch this shallow plot unfold.
Tracy Morgan was good old funny Trace Morgan.
