Review of F.I.S.T. (1978) by Alan J — 11 Jun 2008
Dramatic storytelling of how the teamsters was born..Stallone achieves a surprisingly meaningful performance, and is backed up by the excellent Steiger, Lo Bianco and Boyle...this movie has an epic feel and provides an interesting insiders look how the union came to be.
...a bit violent but that is part of the true story of the push/pull dynamic of workers rights vs the corporation...I enjoyed it quite a bit.
