Review of First Descent (2005) by Dale H — 31 Mar 2006
This flick is best viewed on a big screen TV / projector....in the dark with ample volume. You also need to be an avid snowboard enthusist to fully appreciate this movie; however, I recommend it to anyone who enjoys some serious outdoors, mountain eye candy.
The helicopter/mountain scenes can make the stomach enter the throat when viewed on a decent sized screen. Check it out and form your own opinion. Don't listen to the hollywood critic bullshit, for this is a documentary and it's meant to be received as such.
