Review of First Blood (1982) by Justin R — 05 Feb 2014
Surprsingly dark, reflective, gripping and not particularly aged given the abysmal sequels it spawned and the premise involved. It actually makes some thought-provoking observations on not only the Vietnam war but also American gun culture (unless you're too immersed in the glorification of violence).
