Review of Fireproof (2008) by Dean H — 27 Feb 2011

It's nice to see a movie that is about real things for a change rather than ones with proposterous happens, huge special effects and events so ridiculous they would never happen to anyone. This is a real film about life and the things everyone has to deal with.

While a little too religious for my beliefs, I did know this going in so it wasn't a major problem. This is a sweet movie about real life, and although the acting and script weren't the quality of a 200 million dollar blockbuster it was well done for the film's intentions.
