Review of Fireproof (2008) by Joshua H — 02 Jan 2013
The concepts of this movie are supposed to reach Christians on a deeper level. It's not supposed to reach non-believers or those whose faith hangs by a thread. Those people need more than a 100 minute movie to learn about what Christianity's purpose is.
It's debatable how large the target audience really was compared to its actual audience, but the movie resonated with me because I understood what it had to say from its point of view. I have nothing bad to say about the movie other than the shaky acting.
It was a very nice message; a breath of fresh air.
