Review of Fireproof (2008) by Esther L — 23 Oct 2013
First time review:
Best film about marriage relationship I've ever seen. The plot is simple, but so realistically and sincerely executed that I could say I can easily relate it to my parents' rocky relationship. If you didn't tear once during the film, you must be pretty stubborn or insensitive.
Second time review:
The ultimate marriage movie ever! This is what true love and commitment really is all about. Fireproof your relationships asap! (And get your mops ready when your tears extinguish the flames.) This is my second time watching the film and contrary to my initial belief that I would not cry, I literally bawled my eyes purple!
To harsh critics:
You probably couldn't get most of the hidden biblical references in the plot events. If you understood it, it would blow your mind.
