Fireman Sam has been offered a big promotion at Newtown after winning a bravery medal, therefore Sam is under pressure to make a choice wheatear to stay at his beloved home where everyone loves him or go to perhaps a bigger and better future.
Meanwhile the PontyPandy Pioneers are setting off on a survival trip. All seems to be going well until a huge fire hits the dry forest, the fire brigade must attempt to put it out or face saying goodbye to the beloved PontyPandy.
