A genuine guilty pleasure, "Fired Up" offers absolutely nothing new or unique to the teen comedy genre, with uninteresting dialogue, a boring plot, and largely empty characters. Nevertheless, I find myself often turning to this movie for a quick laugh, or if I just need an excuse to turn my brain off for a little while. Special credit to David Walton as Dr. Rick, who is by far the best character, with plenty of ham for an Easter dinner.
