Good, not great, largely by the books, action film. Luckily the non-stop action really carries the film. Duhamel, with Rosario Dawson as his love interest, does a good job leading but the plot teeters on vengeance as opposed to justice and so blurs the lines between the good and bad guys which muddies the story a bit (not to mention stretches credulity).

Willis is completely underutilized and mostly wasted here, but D'Onofrio does a great job chewing the scenery as the head baddie. Very watchable popcorn action, just don't look too closely at the details.
