Review of Fire in the Sky (1993) by Sanity Assassin ! — 12 May 2008
An underrated gem of a film that never really made it big about a group of loggers who claimed an alien abduction happened to one of their number. the build up is slow and well crafted while the final half hour is a scary climax.
one of robert liebermans few outings as director outside of a television series or made for tv movies. it stars henry thomas "elllliott" and robert patrick... (badass terminator in judgement day or agent doggett towards the end of the x-files) as well as kathy wilhoite who has had one of the most varied acting careers going.
watch it if you dare! it's not really scary, just solid and creepy... as in don't watch it just before ya go to sleep, or do?!!?
