I got this movie during a gift exchange at a Christmas party. In fact, I got a whole pack of Steven Seagal DVDs. In this one he's a no nonsense EPA agent. It has great dialogue like, "I did enjoy painting you fence, and I do enjoy being with you".
What a sweettalker. It also has Harry Dean Stanton, one of the most awesome actors ever. Repo Man!!!
