Review of Fire Down Below (1997) by Trevor A — 04 May 2008
Seagal is an Eco warrior in this flick. I really enjoy this one for some reason. Seagal stands up for local rights and serves up an ecological message to the people as well as teaching a few people a lesson along the way.
This film marked the end of Seagal's original multi-picture deal with Warner Bros. With its failure at the box office, his contract was not renewed and the film itself was released direct to video in certain areas.
Don't know why, as the films he had been in previously were all very good!
