Review of Fire Down Below (1997) by Hunter D — 15 Sep 2008

I love a goofy Seagal flick. Here the ponytail plays an undercover EPA agent (do they have those?) in rural Kentucky in order to bring down Kris Kristofferson, who is like a bad guy from Captain Planet. Seagal breaks a lot of wrists in this movie, and only bleeds a little bit (he got a small cut on his head) after getting into a car wreck. Oh, and he plays guitar.

Really this movie is poorly paced, but it is handsomely shot and has Seagal doing some funny/corny stuff that's fun to watch. Be warned, if you hate country music, you will probably die if you watch this movie, as there are country singer cameos at every turn. Be warned!
