Review of Finding Neverland (2004) by Swayam B — 09 Mar 2011
Magical,Imaginative,Colorful, and simply beautiful though the power of imagination is riddled through out the film and what a tale of never growing up but at first glance I thought the story was about finding the Peter Pan in ourselves though I did notice there's a clash between the world of fantasy make believe and life in reality but I quite enjoyed watching the story of Peter Pan and Never land come to life from book to play, and to film all in one and I gotta say Johnny Depp never ceases to amaze me I loved how his character talks about make believe and embraces the power of imagination and is quite funny and Kate Winslet character a single mother, widow struggling to make ends meets though time would be short lived she lived long enough to see smiles on her sons faces overall I enjoyed the story and quite enjoyed Johnny and Kate's performances and loved the ensemble cast.
