Review of Finding Nemo (2003) by Ger C — 16 Jun 2016
The animation is great, as expected. You really feel like you're in the ocean with them. I can only imagine how it felt in theatres! The voice cast is excellent to! Willem Dafoe's voice as Gill is great, and the character is underused.
The story is fine, but it's pretty unoriginal. There are also some laughs. I definitely think that kids will love it, and it's good for families. But for me, I don't think it's a 99, and I don't think it quite holds up to the expectations.
It's also definitely not my favorite Pixar movie, or even animated movie. The ending is also pretty good, and I really like seeing all the characters from the movie together! It's good for sure, but not great.
But it's a classic, and it's definitely very re-watchable!
