Review of Finding Forrester (2000) by Jeff B — 15 Dec 2007
Well, I've seen this a few times, and for some reason, it doesn't really get better with repeated viewings. The lead actor isn't that great, but it's mainly due to the script he was given.
Sean Connery is very good, his character is pretty much the only one who's interesting throughout. F Murray's character is too much of an over the top villain, they really should have rewritten his part.
I don't know, I was pretty much watching this while I was doing other things, so it wasn't too much of a waste this time around. At least it has the infamous "You're the man now, dog (or dawg, whichever you prefer).
