While this is a beautifully shot movie the pacing could have been better. The movie meanders quite a bit after the first half. Also I thought the ending sends off mixed messages and I'm not really sure what the director wants to say.
Overall it's a stylish film that lacks a bit of substance and is a bit unsure of itself. The director also seems to emulate the style of French indie films a bit too much in my view.
