Review of Finding Dory (2016) by Lanre O — 19 Sep 2016
Memorable characters? Check. A well-written story? Check. Highest grossing film of the summer box office? Got it. So far, this describes almost every other Pixar film ever made. And yet, we can hardly resist packing out the theaters to fall in love with Dory and crew all over again.
Make no mistake, the familiar blue tang with short-term memory loss is pretty much center-stage most of the time... And it's definitely meant for audiences that grew up watching "Finding Nemo" above all else.
.. but who's complaining? With so much hype surrounding this film's release, there are so many things that could have gone wrong. But it's safe to say, Pixar delivered - again.
