Review of Finding Dory (2016) by Bill B — 28 Dec 2016
At first watch this film touched me emotionally but now I have had a second watch and it didn't resonate as much wheras Finding Nemo is one of the best animated movies ever made and STILL packs an emotional punch 12 or more years later.
This film is heartwarming and funny - the new characters are also excellent. suffers from sequelitis and you can imagine Marlin saying 'how can the same thing happen to the same guy twice' because thats basically whats happening.
Good, prehaps even great but not quite equal.
