Review of Finding Dory (2016) by Byron B — 12 Sep 2017
Good family fun. Long ago memories about her family start to re-enter Dory's mind. She goes on an exciting adventure with Marlin and Nemo in her wake. At the Marine Life Institute she meets new sea creatures like Hank the octopus, who helps her on her impossible mission to reconnect with her past.
Meanwhile Marlin and Nemo have even wilder adventures with more new quirky characters as they try to rescue Dory. Despite Dory's in-the-moment innocence does she really need Marlin's overprotectiveness? A solid Pixar sequel that sticks closely to the successful formula.
