I loved the movie. I thought the messages about animal captivity and overcoming limitations was a nice touch. There were a lot of heart felt moments that were great too. I have to say, that the affirming messages about limitations was somewhat lost on the "outcast" seal.

The seal had no role and I don't think it hit the home run the film makers were looking for. Also, there were some far fetched scenes that took away from the pixar magic. Other than that, I loved everything.

This was the best pixar squeal thus far. Usually squeals blow (let's just be real). I also thought the animation was on point.
