Safe and somewhat stale. They missed a big opportunity to address climate change, with just a couple throwaway lines "people have no respect for sea life", and instead went for a meek and predictable sequel storyline.
This one fails to raise the stakes or build in the way that Toy Story's sequels did, it's just Finding Nemo re-written with Dory as the star.
