Review of Find Me Guilty (2006) by Cindy L — 06 Jul 2007
Find me Guilty is not a bad movie, but it's not a great one either. Vin Diesel and Peter Dinklage give great performances and have you rooting for them all the way. The problem is everyone around them.
The exposition leading up to the trial lasts all of fifteen minutes, it's a shame some effort wasn't put in to give shed some light on these guys and the life they lead. It seems a bit flat that we're finding about these characters strictly through the courtroom.
But perhaps that was the intention, that we would almost have to take the place of the jury and decide whether they're innocent or guilty, since beyond what we find out in the court, we have no idea what these men have done.
Overall the movie is very entertaining and offers some good laughs once and a while. Once again, it's good, just not great.
