Review of Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within (2001) by Georgieboy M — 03 Sep 2011
The visuals range from impressive and beautiful to flat out ugly, and the story is dull and lifeless. The voice acting is also very inconsistent, as if the actors were bored with the material. The world is dark and gloomy and the people look fine but move too robotically.
It's sort of like watching your friend play a video game, which is extremely appropriate.
