Review of Final Destination 5 (2011) by Edward C — 06 Nov 2013
Plot/Summary,In Final Destination 5, Death is just as omnipresent as ever, and is unleashed after one man's premonition saves a group of coworkers from a terrifying suspension bridge collapse. But this group of unsuspecting souls was never supposed to survive, and, in a terrifying race against time, the ill-fated group frantically tries to discover a way to escape Death's sinister agenda.
My Review.
In Final destination 5 things may look the same but with death and Steven Quale working together and hopefully more often this films might get then the pile of crap that is The Final Destination. Final Destination 5 starts of with the opening looking better then the ones from The Final Destination and some a little expected for a horror movie with some of the items that killed recent characters from the movie series. When the movie opens up you can see that Sam made some breakfast along with the arrival of his friends they go on a bus for a bushiness trip but then you know Sam gets a Premonition then you know they escape their death and one by one death will come for them all. As you can see we already have our plot know let me tell what I think was great or improve from the film. The thing I liked most of all will be told last. The acting was better then usually it is,i liked the acting from these cast members in this order Tony Todd(William Bludworth) Nicholas D'Agosto(Sam),Emma Bell(Molly), Miles Fisher(Peter), David Koechner(Dennis),Courtney B. Vance(Agent Block) and Jacqueline Maclnnes Wood(Olivia Castle). They to me were the most believable in that order and had the best acting of the whole cast. The new part of the film is that if you kill someone you get their life and well I really liked that new part for this franchise I mean it worked it made sense it's cool I really liked it. Alright now let's talk deaths, the deaths in this film were disgusting like in the third film but tolerable I mean it was realistic which made it scary, finally these movies scare me again. Now let me talk about my favorite thing I liked in this film which was at the end but just in case you haven't seen it this is before flight 180.
