Everyone is a total dick, nutcase and/or an idiot in this movie, but what do you expect? It's "Final Destination", after all. The death scenes are pretty entertaining, though. The twist at the end, wow, did not see that coming.
This is arguably, the best entry in the series. Also, can't forget Tony Todd's creepiness.
