Final Destination 5 is about a group of 20 something year olds that escape a life threatening situation that they were supposed to die in, because they escaped and they didnt die, Death is after them. The only way to survive is to kill someone else.
While simplistic, the plot of the Final Destination movies are, somewhat, interesting.
The special effects in this movie are gory, realistic, and disgusting, but thats exactly why this franchise was made.
The acting, I found, was stale and nothing special.
The script was not bad but there wasnt really anything good about it either.
Overall Final Destination 5 is a mediocre movie with a mediocre script, mediocre acting, and a mediocre plot. That being said it does its job of grossing the audience out and making us fear the worst in everyday situations.
