Review of Final Destination 5 (2011) by Oliver C — 15 Nov 2015
Surprisingly refreshing and imaginative. 'Final Destination 5' may have the same formula that the series is known for - a person has a vision of gruesome deaths, saves their own life and the lives of others, only to have the survivors die under mysterious circumstances.
What makes this an improvement in the series is the wild and creative threats to each individual; the misdirection to their untimely demise. There's a twist at the end that brings the entire franchise full-circle, and is a good way to "officially" end this surprisingly long running franchise.
