Review of Final Destination 5 (2011) by Hellholehorror — 19 Apr 2023
The film looks and sounds really nice. The effects are convincing and interesting adding to the movie. The gore is good, maybe not the best in the series but still a high level of bloody gore. Expectedly for this franchise it is more of the same but levitated the formula with a better than average ending.
The characters were almost all dislikeable but interesting and held my attention to the end. The deaths were creative. This is a big improvement over part 4 and in the same league as the original trilogy.
It was an enjoyable film with a strong ending.
