It's the usual, have a premonition, save some people and then get killed off one by one in rather creative ways. Following suit with the other four films, there is an added twist, this time the unlucky characters can kill another person and claim the rest of the years they had to live, in a way, they trade places.

Which was a nice touch. If you've seen the others you've seen this one, it's nothing special, just a gore fest, although it is quite entertainng if your into that kind of thing. This one does have a very clever ending though which was suprise!
