Review of Final Destination 3 (2006) by Matthew K — 29 Aug 2011
By now, one should learn that if a good storyline is what you're looking for when you walk into the theater, you should probably watch something other than any of these films. If what you're looking for is just to enjoy the on-screen onslaughts of clueless and careless teenagers, then you've come to the right place, and since this being the third film in the series, you've probably been enjoying yourself tremendously every step of the way.
.. Yet again, Death is a dick, and it's so angry for some reason that it's after the souls of a bunch of teenagers-who this time-are boarding a roller coaster. Once again, one of the teens, a girl named Wendy(Mary Elizabeth Winstead) has a vision of the soon-to-be crash involving not only herself, but her friends.
Once again, she along with a bunch of her friends are taken away from the danger zone because of a fight or something that got them kicked out(this exact scenario occurs in all the films). One by one, all of them are killed in ways never thought would ever happen to somebody, especially those that seem too stupid-to happen to someone.
An example of this, follows... WORST DEATH: involves two annoying girls, two tanning beds, a collapsed bookshelf and a rise in temperature....
