Review of Final Destination (2000) by David U — 06 Aug 2011
I liked the premise, and at first the film showed real promise, but failed to deliver. The best adjective I can use is scatterbrained - from scene to scene Final Destination doesn't know whether it's supposed to be funny or not, and the plot devices are inconsistent as well.
That having been said, I still find myself inclined to watch at least one of the sequels.
