Review of Final Cut (1998) by Brad D — 30 Jan 2007
Robin Williams gives a solid performance in this sci-fi thriller where in the future, many people are implanted with video devices that record every moment of their lives. Williams portays a "cutter," a person who edits down the recorded video of a person's life for memorial purposes.
He uncovers a shocking secret on his latest case. Thought-provoking script suffers only from an abrupt ending and the wasting of Sorvino and Caviezel. Overall, quite intriguing.
