Wow. This movie was disappointing. The premise was SO interesting too! A futuristic society featuring "ZOE" implants that record a person's life from birth to death. This raw footage is then put together by a Cutter into a wonderful montage to be held at their funeral called a "Re-Memory." Doesn't that idea seem interesting?

This movie is a little over an hour and a half long. Here's how my interest went throughout the movie.

First 30 minutes - Very Interested.

Second 30 minutes - Not as Interested.

Last 30 minutes - Not Interested.

The movie felt like it should have been longer. It was almost like I was reading a book, but only reading a few pages out of each chapter so I didn't get the full story. The beginning of the movie set up a great plot, but it ultimately didn't go anywhere. There were all these strands of storylines that were just left untied and were just left hanging there.

I thought that Robin Williams did a great job as the lead character. The other acting was alright, but nothing to write home about.

All in all, this was rather disappointing. I expected something a lot more interesting and it just didn't do it.
