Review of Final Cut (1993) by Burt M — 04 Jul 2008
Provacative, involving sci-fi drama about a man who makes his living editing people's innermost memories in the near future. Acting is a cut above, film provokes debate about the value of memory and the failings of humankind.
Premise is solid yet execution lacks, ending can be seen a mile away, and Mira Sorvino is given a nothing role. Recommended.
