Review of Filth (2013) by Ralfbergs — 06 Jun 2015

This movie starts out with a really interesting concept and narrative - first you think it will be about a detective and his police work, plus him trying to get promoted. Turns out it is much more than that.

Main character, Bruce, is actually quite a damaged character as we find out through the movie. What I really liked about it was the fun moments it had and how the movie played out - it wasn't your typical movie where you can predict everything what will happen next.

Still, I think ending lacked something and I felt like I had a bit of an empty feeling about it at the end, like, maybe, the script at the end was too rushed or whatever. But anyway, while it isn't a movie you'll call your favorite one, I think it's definitely worth a watch.
