Review of Fill the Void (2012) by Ian D — 12 Jan 2014
A great film that portrays the ultra.
orthodox Jewish community in an accessible albeit slightly glossy way.
Using a family tragedy to ground the characters we see them mourn and move on in a way that we all can relate to.
A very human film that left me feeling sad but optimistic. Life carries on but we never forget.
