This is a really great movie and NO you do not need to be a wrestling fan to enjoy this movie. (I am but that is besides the point). The point is, this movie is one of those feel good movies. Its a movie that I feel has elements in it that we can all relate to in some way.
It is a movie which shows the ups and downs of life but thrown up against the back drop of a wrestling story. It doesn't go for action or big fighting scenes. It goes for something real. Which for a movie based around fake fighting, really says a lot.
