It it were not for Eddie Jones great performance, this movie would not be worth seeing. To the movie's credit, it was much less sappy than Million Dollar Baby. However, the trainer being so ashamed of his sexual preference seemed a little out of date.
An ok movie if you really like boxing flicks.
