With MMA (Mixed MArtial Arts) growing so fast and becoming one of the most popular sports in North America, many fans haven't grown up or had much history and background on the sport. This documentary serves a great look at some of the grass roots companies and camps.
Not too spectacular in the footage and editing departments but the information and the facts are all there.
