Review of Fighting (2009) by Paul B — 15 May 2012
"In the words of the late, great, Marvin Gaye. Let's... Get... It... On! ".
I like Channing Tatum and Terrence Howard and neither really lets you down in this when you consider the context in which they're working. The story and script could have been a lot better, also the support characters could have been fleshed out more as could the actual fighting, from what I remember Shawn has three fights in the film, that isn't counting the one that gets broke up by a shooting, this was one film that would have been improved with a montage and I wouldn't say that lightly because that's hardly ever true.
