Review of Fight Club (1999) by Vishal C — 11 Nov 2013
I asked it to punch me as hard as it could, and, believe me, it did. Fight Club hit's hard with excellent acting, cinematography, and biting social satire that doesn't fail to disappoint. The movie is an adventure from the moment it starts, and every scene of this psychological dramedy is carefully constructed.
This kind of film making is expected of David Fincher, who loves to create frightening yet fascinating scenes, while, at the same time, adding dark humor and style that really helps us feel what the character feels, see what he sees, and hear what he hears.
It's an excellent film.
