Review of Fight Club (1999) by Theahsanhaseeb — 11 Sep 2012
Fight Club is clearly one of my top favorite movies in all genres combined. Clearly an awful mind-blowing film because of ridiculously exceptional screenplay by Jim Uhis and outstanding direction by one of my favorite directors, David Fincher.
Edward Norton and Brad Pitt gave intense performances, especially Edward Norton's performance was over the top, his character was calm and aggressive at the same time. Fight Club is not just a movie; it is a story of a man living a depressing life in the modern age, unsatisfied with everything and wants the change but can't do it in a proper and legal way so he does it in his own twisted and extremely hard way.
It is the truth, it is our everyday life; something we eat, we wear, we buy, we steal, we talk about, we love and we hate.
