I'm not impressed with how the movie danced around the issue of the abused and the abuser issue. This psycho dominant and submissive relationship is not about romance and definitely was not romantic.

Too many women are victims of abusive relationships and trying to make it glamorous is a shameful way to get money out of the pocket of moviegoers. The fact that the movie is a flop is not surprising.
