FIFTY SHADES OF GREY was a boring mess of soft-core porn. FIFTY SHADES DARKER added a healthy dose of conflict / drama and was a step in the right direction. The conclusion (for someone who didn't read the novels) is anti-climatic, but effective.
Like a bored hooker, I couldn't help thinking, "That's it?".
