Review of Fifty Dead Men Walking (2008) by Jenn C — 19 Mar 2009
An excellently done biography drama/thriller from the heartland of IRA. Strong acting, good editing, larger then life and unfortunatelly true story about the brutal and harsh civil war between IRA and the English forces.
Kingsley, Sturgess and the other actors give a very realistic depiction of the two enemies becoming a friend. The storyline blends very well the action, the music which leaves no room for coldness and the drama which keeps the suspense untill the end where we learn that this story is still going on.
