Review of Fifty Dead Men Walking (2008) by Philip L — 04 May 2009
British political thriller about the carnage in Northern Ireland during the late 1980's and 90's.
This film demands a large audience as its a nail-biting intelligent drama with fabulous acting from many of today's top actors. You need to stay focused though as it's a little confusing at times and is one of those films that would benefit greatly with a second viewing.
Violence is present but never gratuitous and the film is well paced throughout. Definately recommended.
