Review of Fierce People (2006) by Leo L — 18 Apr 2008
I liked this because it was so unique; didn't love it. Good concept: teen boy spends a summer among the ultra-rich in 1980s New Jersey and "studies" them as if they were a primitive tribe in a National Geographic documentary.
Diane Lane is great as a coke-addict mom; Donald Sutherland is perfect as the eccentric geezer patriarch.
