The 1950's. Middle class America a la 'Leave it to Beaver' a la Harlan Ellison's 'A Boy and his Dog'. In this case the beloved pet is a zombie. A smart satire that is visually wonderful to watch.
- Side Note: If you rent the DVD I recommend watching 'Night of the Living', a short film in the extras option made by Andrew Currie in 1997.
